Anyone — wherever they live — can use this form. We acknowledge requests promptly and respond to UK GDPR requests within one month. We do not need you to create an account. We may ask for proportionate proof of identity before acting on a rights request about you.

We use the details you provide only to handle this request and keep the record for up to 12 months. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
